Terms of Service

Effective date: July 20, 2026 · Last updated: July 20, 2026

Plain-language summary: Nibcast is a tool that publishes the posts you create to the social accounts you connect. You own your content, you're responsible for it, and you can disconnect or delete your data at any time. This summary is not a substitute for the full terms below.

1. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using Nibcast (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The service

Nibcast is a cross-posting composer. It lets you draft a post once, attach media and captions, schedule it, and publish it to the third-party social networks you connect — currently Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Publishing is performed by a Nibcast server on your behalf using each network's official API at the time you schedule.

3. Connected accounts & third-party networks

To publish, you connect one or more third-party accounts by authorizing Nibcast through each network's official OAuth login. You authorize Nibcast to store the resulting access tokens and to use them solely to publish and manage the content you direct it to publish. Your use of each connected network remains subject to that network's own terms, including Meta's Terms and the TikTok Terms of Service. You may disconnect any account at any time, which revokes Nibcast's stored token for that account.

4. Your content

You retain all ownership of the media, captions, and other content you upload or create in Nibcast ("Your Content"). You grant Nibcast a limited license to store, process, and transmit Your Content only as needed to operate the Service — principally, to publish it to the networks you select. You are solely responsible for Your Content and for having the rights necessary to publish it.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Nibcast to:

  • Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that you lack the rights to distribute;
  • Send spam, engage in inauthentic or automated behavior that violates a network's policies, or artificially inflate engagement;
  • Circumvent, disable, or interfere with security or rate-limiting features of the Service or any connected network;
  • Attempt to access another user's data or the Service's non-public systems.

6. Third-party platform rules

Nibcast integrates with third-party platforms through their official developer programs and is bound by their platform policies, including the TikTok Developer / Content Posting guidelines and the Meta Platform Terms. Where a platform requires disclosures, consent, or specific posting behaviors, the Service follows those requirements, and you agree to comply with them when you post. A platform may change its API or policies, which can affect or suspend the corresponding Nibcast integration.

7. Availability & changes

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Scheduled publishing depends on third-party APIs that may be unavailable, rate-limited, or changed without notice. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, and we may update these terms; material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date on this page.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that any post will be delivered to a network at a particular time, or at all, where a third-party network fails, rejects, or delays it.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NIBCAST AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your accounts at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or if required to comply with a third-party platform or the law. On termination, you may request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
